Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the state of the supply chain, orders are now ready to ship within two weeks of purchase and ship standard ground. If you need a faster shipping time please let us know. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 14 business days of delivery. You may then ship the items back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
We do not however, accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or need to change anything before it is processed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
