We gladly accept returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 14 business days of delivery. You may then ship the items back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.

We do not however, accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or need to change anything before it is processed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Due to the state of the supply chain, orders are now shipped within two weeks of purchase date and ship standard ground. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders received by August 19 that have chosen "Store Pickup" will be delivered to Park Christian on August 26. Orders after the 19th will need to be picked up in store or shipped.
